Smartly designed environments

We create a better life with clean water

Watercom was founded in 2010 and we are a subsidiary of the Tallinna Vesi Group.

Our main areas of activity are:

  • pipe construction,
  • road construction,
  • owner supervision,
  • pipe maintenance services,
  • road maintenance.

We work with a range of clients, including local authorities, water utilities, developers, and infrastructure and general construction companies. The largest of these is the parent company, Tallinna Vesi. However, we also actively seek work outside the group by participating in tenders and offering our services to other contracting entities.

Our operations are primarily based in Tallinn and Harju County, but we also extend our services to other regions of Estonia.
